I had a root canal with Steven Frey. I got in a accident and need a root canal on one of my teeth due to this accident. My medial insurance has a rider for dental coverage if it was due to a accident. The other two dental specialist has been will to help with the reimbursement process for me even though they do not work in network with Blue Cross. Keep in mind I have about $20,000 in total out of packet cost. While waiting in the waiting room all you heard is the office staff complaining to each other about other clints that have called with a bad attitude. When checking out they were rude and treated me like I was retarded before paying a $1,800 root canal bill. I dare you take a minute to look it over. All they cared about was how fast they could run my credit card and push me out the door. After calling them today asking again if they would please fax a referral request to my primary care doctor and the coding so I could request for reimbursed for my out of pocket cost through my Blue Cross. They made it real clear that is not their job and they do not or will not help me. If you hate your job and dealing with the public that much . Go find a job that you love or find a new atti

I had a root canal performed by DR Frey. He and his entire staff were kind, caring, and professional. I experienced no pain or discomfort. If you must have a root canal, I would highly recomend you have it done by Dr Frey. :-)

FREY - Incompetent and deceptive. Worst experience... See Dr. Wayne Dubin. He's the best in the Fort Myers area. IMHO.

This was my first experience with a root canal and Dr Frey was extremely nice and patient with me. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I appreciated the play by play and how FAST he knocked it out. I was really impressed on the efficiency.
